Dear Poster Author,
The 2008 IEEE International Reliability
Physics Symposium Technical Program Committee wants to thank you for your part
in this year’s symposium. We believe that the poster session plays a vital role
by providing an informal and direct means of discussing relevant reliability
topics. Two poster display boards (32" × 40" or 28" × 44")
will be reserved for you. Generally, your work should be in Landscape format on
8½ × 11" or A4 paper with a maximum of twenty-four pages. The use of
large-format printers are encouraged so that all your visuals can be shown on
just two large sheets attached to two display boards.
Prepare your posters in the designated room on the first floor of the
Convention Center early (at your convenience) on Wednesday so they will be
ready for the Arrangements Committee to arrange them for the Reception and
Poster Session to be held Wednesday night, April 30, starting at 7:00 p.m. in
the foyer on the first floor of the West Building of the Convention Center
(directly opposite of the Hyatt).
In addition to your poster presentation,
submit a 2-page maximum summary paper of your poster for inclusion in the
proceedings and submit your posters either as powerpoint file or pdf for
inclusion in pdf format in the Virtual 2008 IRPS
(DVDROM). The 2008 IRPS proceedings is being
copyrighted. The IEEE
copyright form must be completed and returned with your submission by Feb 25,
2007 to SAR Associates. Please email 50-60 word biographies of all the
authors/coauthors of your poster paper by Feb. 18, 2008.
