following lists the critical dates for IRPS 2008 authors. Adherence to this
schedule is crucial in order for your manuscript and presentation to be
included in IRPS 2008

FYI: ON-SITE - - IRPS 2008: April 27-May 1, 2008
- Platform
presenters: The evening before your presentation, bring and post a printed copy of your visuals
on two poster boards in the Presenter's Preparation Room for the authors
corners during your session.
- Poster presenters: find your designated poster boards and pin-up
your posters just prior to the Tuesday poster session in the designated room.
- On the morning of
your presentation: Speakers'
breakfast and A/V Equipment Review
- A computer (PC) will
be available in the A/V Preparation Room for you to review your electronic
presentation file at your convenience (changes not encouraged…coordinate
with A/V Chair).
- It is recommended that you bring a soft copy
(on CDROM, floppy, or memory stick) of your presentation as backup.
